Product Description
1). The X and Y axis motion is via a rack and pinion drive. Helical rack made in Germany.
2) Y axis uses a dual drive, one for each side of the bridge.
3) The Z axis is driven by means of a hardened antibacklash ballscrew.
The ball screw is supported by a quad set (2+2) of angular contact bearings.
The ball nut is lubricated by the central lube system.
4) The Z axis has a dual cylinder pneumatic counterbalance to allow very fast and accurate Z-axis positioning.5) Yaskawa servo motor and driver.
6) The table top is a made from 30mm thickness PVC and machined into 6 or 8 zone vacuum plenum.
7) Italy HSD or Columbus 9kw air cooling ATC spindle.
8) Include tool touch sensor that automatically measures and sets the tool length and material thickness.
9) Taiwan Syntec controller.
